ARI Global Headquarters

Automotive Resources International (ARI) hired Oliver Construction to renovate their newly purchased facility to maintain as their Global Headquarters. One of the main objectives for this design/build project was to give the building a facelift while planning both necessary accommodations, along with space for future growth within the company through 2013 and beyond.

This fast 8 month Design-Build project truly embodies the essence of Design-Build. Construction pricing, demolition, build out and project management began while the design was still taking shape.

Since the move-in portion of the project was completed in multiple phases by department, the entire staff occupied the building by the date of substantial completion which took place 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

Project Details

This design-build project included demolishing everything to the existing walls, all-custom millwork, doors, frames and fixtures, a multi-tiered ceiling, metallic automotive paint column covers, recessed base throughout, hardwood and granite floors, and curved walls — as part of the complete renovation process.
