Center City Residence

Xavier Builders brought one of the most unique residences in the country to one of America’s most historic locations, Washington Square Park in Philadelphia. Xavier Builders was asked “to create a one-of-a-kind residence that tied into the history and culture of the park, while meshing some 21st century amenities into our life space.” Xavier Builders completed this unique project for the CEO of a global advertising/media firm to create an absolutely one-of-a-kind residence utilizing an entire floor of a new condominium conversion in an historic building.

This design-build project included demolishing everything to the existing walls, all-custom millwork, doors, frames and fixtures, a multi-tiered ceiling, metallic automotive paint column covers, recessed base throughout, hardwood and granite floors, and curved walls — as part of the complete renovation process.
