Holman Ford Lincoln Maple Shade

With phasing out of the Saturn brand, Xavier Design Build (XDB) was brought in as the sole source for this design/build project of the new Ford Lincoln Dealership in Maple Shade, New Jersey. The new dealership includes the addition of a six bay service area as well as a complete facelift all standing on the 3.5 acre parcel. The contemporary, Fordland approved design incorporates a streamlined metal panel façade system, as well as fresh new interior finishes.

Xavier Design Build, incorporated an underground storm water management system in order to maximize the space available on-site for vehicular display and inventory storage. By providing the turn-key services from design through construction, when the client was approached to purchase this facility by an outside source, Xavier Design Build was quick to respond by refocusing the branding on a different location and building without missing a beat.

This design-build project included demolishing everything to the existing walls, all-custom millwork, doors, frames and fixtures, a multi-tiered ceiling, metallic automotive paint column covers, recessed base throughout, hardwood and granite floors, and curved walls — as part of the complete renovation process.
