This project is a 3-year, 2-phase renovation of two, 25-story towers on historic Washington Square in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The first phase included replacing the waterproofing layer at the Plaza deck for the underground garage roof, removing all existing pavers and planters, and replacing them with all new ADA compliant products to create a new, beautiful and watertight plaza. The underground garage encompassed the entire footprint of the property (approx. 2 acres), and the Plaza deck hosts several large art sculptures that needed to remain stationary and protected during the entire construction process.
