Demolished existing dealership shop remained and constructing a ground up 10,000 SF KIA dealership to attach to existing shop and, site work. Completed November / 2015.

•  Start 8/1/15 completion 4/15/16.
• Demoed existing show room and office space to make room for new addition.
• Built new 6500sqft  show room and office addition.
• Steel structure with split faced block and EFIS finish on exterior.
• Kept service area  and detail bay completely operational during all construction.
• All new LED lighting.
• Relocate and install new transformer for new electrical service.
• Install new water service and gas service.
• Repaved parking lot.
