Ray Price Ford
Ray Price is a second generation owner and operator of Ray Price Ford. Xavier Design Build (XDB) as a preferred Ford contractor was recommended to Ray for the design and construction of a new 26,828 SF Ford Facility on their 9 acre site in Mount Pocono, PA.
Ray and John Tahtabrounian, owner of XDB, met and worked out a cost plus arrangement. A pre-engineered shop building was decided upon with a masonry showroom and offices for the front of the building. The Showroom is designed and built to Ford standards.
Site work included 8.5 acres of lot layout, excavation, fill, retention ponds, water pits, and wells, parking, generators, lighting and bringing the infrastructure to the site from local utilities. Daily site supervision is provided which is standard operating procedure for all of XDB’s clients, along with project management, XDB Ownership review, and internal support throughout the project.
The project went through a 12 month land development approval process. XDB worked with Ray Price to maintain costs throughout this 2-1/2 year project. The facility opened December 2016.
